Welcome to the website for Owen Sound Medical Imaging, the first private Diagnostic Imaging Clinic in Canada to be fully integrated with the PACS system of our local Public Hospitals. We provide Imaging services to the people of Owen Sound and surrounding areas. Conveniently located on 1st Avenue West, we are also on the Brooke Public Transit route. Parking is plentiful and free. Owen Sound Medical Imaging is seeking a CMRITO‑registered sonographer to join our radiologist‑owned clinic. We are looking for a confident and skilled sonographer who is comfortable practicing independently and who is a graduate of an accredited sonography program.

We offer full‑time or regular part‑time positions with a competitive salary and incentives that will reward efficiency and excellence, plus a signing bonus. Our schedule is daytime only, with no evening, weekend, or statutory holiday shifts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sonographer who is ready to step away from the demands of hospital work and enjoy greater independence in their practice.

Our department features two newer Philips Affiniti 70 ultrasound machines, and our clinic is located in a modern, spacious medical building designed for patient comfort and workflow efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized sonography program
Ability to work independently
CMRITO registered, with membership in Sonography Canada or OAMRS.
Nuchal certificate an asset
Vascular experience / registered is an asset but is not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
